Healthcare discussions continue to dominate both
the local and national scene. As we work to increase our membership and our
voice amongst our elected officials, we are challenged with an uncertain and
rapidly changing political landscape. We must grow our organization and raise
awareness to our fellow professionals and business partners. A concerted voice
with a strong message can make a difference. I urge you to get involved and work
with us to make a lasting and meaningful difference for those whom we are
entrusted to serve. We will work closely with our partners, (lobbyist, HUPAC,
legislative committee) to represent our industry. We will continue to work with
other professional and business partners to strengthen our position as key
players and to educate the population we serve.
